THE BRIEF / PROBLEM
STC wanted to enhance HR employees’ understanding of risk and project management through a more engaging and interactive format. Traditional training methods were too static and didn’t encourage active learning. The goals were:
- Increase engagement and knowledge retention for HR staff
- Make learning fun and interactive through gamified mechanics
- Track progress and provide feedback to employees
- Deliver a solution that could be accessed easily across web platforms
The client also requested a solution that could fit within a 2 to 3-month timeline, with clear performance tracking metrics.
